Carol Jiménez López
She graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2019, where she obtained a law degree.
Biography
She completed a Diploma in Advanced Studies in International Contracting and Arbitration at Universidad Metropolitana. She is a graduate of the second cohort of the Advanced Studies Program in Arbitration at Universidad Monteávila. She is currently pursuing a specialization in Procedural Law at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
With over six years of experience as an Associate Attorney at Aspen Legal, she handles civil, commercial, landlord-tenant and administrative proceedings, with a focus on mastering the process from the preventative phase to the judicial compliance phase.
He won the Rodger Farrell Award for Research in Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2022, in the professional category, with the work "The role of arbitrators and arbitral institutions in the face of evidence of the commission of crimes."
He is a member of the Venezuelan Arbitration Association (AVA) and the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club, being the -40 representative of the Venezuelan chapter.
