Federico Jagenberg Suels
He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2000 and later obtained a Master's degree in International Taxation from the University of New York (2002).
Biography
He has extensive experience in the practice of law, providing consulting, representation and legal assistance services to national and international clients in civil, commercial, corporate, administrative and tax matters, handling matters of high complexity and magnitude.
In the specific field of tax law, he has focused his expertise on advising and consulting on international tax matters, cross-border operations, treaties to avoid double taxation, international tax planning, investment protection and estate planning.
He is a member of the Venezuelan Association of Tax Law (AVDT) and the International Fiscal Association.
