 With over five years of experience in corporate law, she has developed her career in top-tier organizations, focusing on comprehensive legal management and process optimization. Her expertise includes legal knowledge management through Big Data, addressing and resolving legal inquiries, participating in corporate processes, and drafting and reviewing contracts and commercial documents. She also has practical experience in registry and notarial procedures, procedural control, and jurisprudence analysis with operational impact, as well as in implementing strategies for regulatory compliance and interaction with public administrations.

 In her current role as Associate Attorney at Aspen Legal, she manages internal processes and provides Legal Management and Legal Project Management services under outsourcing schemes, encompassing diagnosis, planning and execution of services, design and implementation of legal documentation, and improvement of management processes and tools.

 It offers a practical and strategic vision in civil, corporate and international business matters, providing comprehensive services for the evaluation of legal and regulatory compliance issues; management and contracting; commercial support and negotiation capacity in import and export processes with a view to internationalization; advice on the most significant legal aspects of foreign trade, customs management and international logistics; as well as the analysis of the regulatory and environmental impact on cross-border operations.
