Tadeo Arrieche Franco

He completed studies specializing in Procedural Law at Universidad Central de Venezuelaa, while at the Universidad Metropolitana he obtained the title of Master in Political and Government Studies, the title of Specialist in Corporate Law and the Diploma in Hydrocarbons Law.

Additionally, he holds the Diploma in Fundamental Rights and Globalization awarded by Universidad Complutense del Reino de España and the Certificate of the Legal Project Management course issued by the International Institute Legal Project Management, based in Australia.

 For more than twelve years he has taught at the respective Schools or Faculties of Law, the chair of Property and Real Rights at Universidad José María Vargas, Real Rights at the Metropolitan University and currently Contracts and Guarantees at Universidad Central de Venezuela.

 He is a member of the Venezuelan Society of Commercial Law (SOVEDEM), editorial coordinator of the internationally published magazine The Legal Industry Reviews (Venezuela section) and legal consultant of the Venezuelan Federation of Advertising Activity (FEVAP).

 As managing partner of Aspen Legal for almost 15 years, he has a practical understanding as a corporate legal manager, which allows him to offer services ranging from comprehensive evaluation of legal matters and regulatory compliance (due diligence), the establishment and development of corporate governance (corporate management), the negotiation, drafting and execution of contracts and other supporting documents for legal operations (contract management), implementation of compliance programs and risk prevention (compliance), representation in arbitration and judicial proceedings (dispute resolution) and comprehensive advice that includes the corporate, intellectual property, tax, regulatory and criminal areas (legal strategy).
