Juan Manuel Santana G.
He graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2000 and completed studies in Commercial Law at Universidad Central de Venezuela.
Biography
From his student days he had contact with the corporate area, serving clients with complex structures and with negotiations of international scope, adding experience in the corporate updating of companies, the design of contracts, mergers, acquisitions and transformations of companies as well as in the structure for the protection of personal and business assets, including the area of intellectual property.
It represents the interests of individuals and companies in the fields of insurance, finance, marketing, technology, and construction.
It is a special support for the design of legal actions in civil and commercial matters, including those that have a connection with other jurisdictions.
